Phase 1: The Resilient Tribe

The powerful, resilient tribe consists of powerful, resilient members aligned with a common vision, core values and reciprocal partnerships. These powerful, resilient members have certain rituals and philosophies that allow them to be prepared for challenges and adapt to adversity.  During this workshop we will explore and discover:

  • Ancient reintegration rituals and how to make your own so we can improve the integration and recalibration of work and personal life

  • Flow State and how to balance chaos and mastery.

  • Understanding trauma and stress and how to hack it and heal it.

  • The transformative power of Morning Resiliency Rituals and how to create your own.

  • Building allies through reciprocal and collaborative goal-setting even when remote.

Phase 2: The Hero’s Journey of Resiliency

A roadmap of how stop being frozen and reclaim our journey of purpose, defeat our dragons and return with the treasure to heal our kingdom. The Hero’s Journey is the Master Map that defines the way all people engage with the challenges of the unknown.  An understanding of this vital psychological framework allows us to powerfully and skillfully navigate the unavoidable adversity of life with purpose, passion and success. The Hero’s Journey teaches us how to:

  • Avoid the resistance of fear, distractions and excuses.

  • Find and engage our allies and the wisdom to overcome seemingly overwhelming challenges.

  • Define our true quest and to commit powerfully to it.

  • Unlock strategies to deal with both anxiety and depression.

  • Face your biggest fears and use them for transformation.

  • Facing the Abyss, integrating the shadow and transforming it into resiliency gold and leadership success.

 Phase 3:  Shaping a Team Environment of Resiliency

The sequence and system of how to create an environment and relationships that are healthy, resilient and sustainably high-performing. There is an ancient system that defines the simple and often misunderstood sequence of transforming a good team into a great, resilient tribe that can thrive in chaos.  This universal structure sits at the core of championship sports teams, elite military units and also packs of wolves. These are all organizations that have evolved to persevere and succeed through tremendous adversity.  Tribes are specifically designed to thrive during challenging times. The Folsom Tribe Triangle outlines the vital components of alignment which transform coworkers into kinfolk and transactional pride-based cultures into resilient, reciprocal honor-based cultures. Hacking and implementing the Tribe Triangle makes our individuals and teams:

Phase 4: The 4 Archetypes of Resiliency

The map and north star of human kinship and relationships. The Archetypes are the most ancient and powerful structure that holds our society and species together through adversity and change.  This transformational system defines the unique and specialized roles that we all play in our families, teams and communities.  The way these Archetypes interact with each other creates the ability to maximize success and adaptability.  Understanding and utilizing the Archetypes of Humanity allows us to:

  • Navigate conflict skillfully and successfully.

  • Understand when our team is in trauma and how to support them through it in order to keep the tribe at full strength.

  • Maximize our personal and professional growth and development.

  • Form deeper relationships with our friends and co-workers.

  • Activate the human superpower of true collaboration and synergy.

  • Manage people and projects with accomplishment and success.
